If you take the minute with its 60 seconds now and divide it by the 5 seconds that it takes you per magazine you actually get 12 magazines per minute that you can dump into an enemy.Īnd each of these magazines holds 30 rounds, so you get 12 magazines times 30 rounds -> 360 rounds that you can shoot per minute. (2 seconds emptying the magazine plus 3 seconds reloading). Now it takes you 3 seconds to reaload the gun, that means that you effectively can dump a magazine every FIVE seconds. The magazine contains 30 rounds, that gives you two seconds until the magazine is empty (30 rounds in the magazine/15 rounds per second). Why? Because:ĩ00 RPM are 15 RPS, (900 RPM / 60 seconds). That looks like a high amount of damage but when you look closer you realize it's not the case. There's a Famas or FAL, don't really recall right now, that does 900 RPM. Just because the gun has 825 or 900 RPM doesn't mean it delivers the highest damage per minute. ![]() ![]() You have todo the math to figure out which gun really delivers the most of damage per minute. Just having a high amount of rounds per magazine isn't a solution anyway. ![]() It's a matter of calculation, as I wrote in a previous comment:
